Lunch To Go: Peaches N’ Nana Smoothie

Yesterday I did some quality meal prep but today I’m heading school shopping with my bestie. Normally I would just leave lunch home and grab something while I’m out. Given my lifestyle changes, that’s really not an option so I whipped up a delicious and healthy smoothie!

Peaches N’ Nana Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 4oz jar baby food peaches
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed mix
  • 8oz cold vanilla almond milk
  • 1 handful ice

Blend and enjoy!
