I’ve been using a #bulletjournal for a couple of years now but this year, I’ve taken my planning out of the box. I’ve started to get more creative and this will be my second planner that I’ve used every single page in this year. Having a #planner that works for me is truly a gift which is why I’m sharing it for day 8 of the #TCM12DaysOfChristmas countdown.

Some people get REALLY fancy with their #bujoideas but I typically keep it simple. There are some things I’ve grown to love and I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to brush tip markers, notebooks and pens.

Happy Saturday! It’s day 7 of the #TCM12DaysOfChristmas and yes, I’m still in the bed. Earlier this year I talked A LOT about sleeping. I started taking a supplement which was great but my underlying problem was my bed.
.
As a plus size woman sharing a bed with a plus sized man, we needed more support in our bed. So we got a @bigfigmattress and the rest is history. By the rest I mean sleepless nights. My husband will tease me that while I’m married to him, I’m in love with my bed and he’s not completely wrong—I love my bed more with him in it though!
.
But listen: sleep is SO important. I don’t subscribe to the notion of “I’ll sleep when I’m dead.” Sleep is glorious when you’re alive and it helps you keep living. I don’t know about you but I’m a miserable human when I don’t get proper rest.
.

As moms, getting away from the kids can be SO hard. We’ve lost the village as many of us move away from home. This makes finding a babysitter really challenging. Which is why on day 6 of the #TCM12DaysOfChristmas countdown I’m highlighting the @usit_app.

Spoiler alert: Cleaning is NOT my favorite and I used to forget to buy things like toilet paper and paper towels because the eco-friendly ones we like to use aren’t found everywhere!
